CST provides biomass gas generator set from 100kw to 600kw per unit. It is low speed internal combustion engine, which is specially designed for biomass gas.

The biomass gas produced from biomass gasification system contains impurities like particles, tar, water. Before entering the machine, the gas should be subjected to dust removal, tar removal, desulfurization, dehydration, and cooling. The following requirements must be met:

Gas temperature≤40℃；	dust content ≤30mg/Nm³；
pressure change rate ≤1kPa/min；	gas pressure 2.5～10kPa；
Gas calorific value≥4.0MJ/ Nm³；	Tar content≤50mg/Nm³；
Hydrogen volume content≤20％；	Dust particle size≤5μm；
Hydrogen sulfide content≤50mg/Nm³；	ammonia content≤20mg/Nm³；
Total sulfur content≤100mg/Nm³；	Chlorine content≤50mg/Nm³；
moisture content ≤40g/Nm³，Without free water；	Oxygen volume content≤1％。
